I ordered a shirt from mitski.com and, for some reason, I had already convinced myself it was going to take a while to get here. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, I just wanted it before I ended up forgetting I bought it, which has definitely happened to me with online orders before.

The tracking email showed up the next day, which surprised me, and the tracking actually kept updating instead of just sitting there saying “label created” forever. I kept checking it while I was making coffee in the morning, and it ended up arriving earlier than the original estimate.

The package was totally fine when it got here, nothing damaged, no weird delays, and the shirt was packed normally without being overdone. Easy experience all around, and I’d definitely order again if I see something else I like

I ordered my usual size from mitski.com and braced myself for the classic online shopping disaster, but it ended up fitting just right. Not too tight, not weirdly loose, and the length was totally fine on me too. I was definitely overthinking the sizing, but in the end it was surprisingly easy and drama-free.

Customer service did help me get my order issue fixed, which was a huge relief because I was fully spiraling over it. They were really nice once they replied, but wow, the wait felt way longer than it probably was. Still, they got it sorted in the end, so I’m grateful!

I mean, it's not a bad shirt or anything. The tee itself is fine and totally wearable, but I did think the quality would feel a bit better. The print seemed kind of thin to me, so I'm just being honest about that.

I was kind of rushing and didn’t feel like digging around forever, but the site loaded quickly and I found the tour dates and merch easily. I’m not always the most patient with websites, so I appreciated that it was simple to use.

Returned a shirt. Size was off. Process was simple enough. Refund showed up after a few days. Updates could’ve been quicker, but it was fine
